Payment:
We accept either check or cash order. At least 50% of the overall price must be put down if the computer is being picked up from our location. If an operating system is requested it is added into the 50% put down (For example, an item is $600, the operating system is $50, then $350 must be put down). More than 50% of the payment may be put down. Other methods of payment may be discussed if requested

If a check is being sent it must be the EXACT amount required, shipping must be included on the check.
Shipping:
FedEx Ground is the primary shipping we use. The customer must pay shipping, the price of shipping will be added into the price of the item, the price will change depending on where the customer is located.
If the customer decides he would like to send his or her own delivery/moving company to pick up the computer and deliver then he/she must tell us before or during the order is placed. A time and date will be discussed between the customer and the person at the location at the time.
We ARE NOT responsible for damages done to the item during the stages of shipping. We will inspect and test each and every component on the PC before shipping
Warranty:
Standard warranty consists of a Limited 30 Day replacement and repair service. Parts covered in the standard warranty are the Processor(CPU), Power Supply, and Video Card, and Hard Drive. The Motherboard, the RAM(memory), and any extra peripherals are NOT covered. Software damage is not covered by the standard warranty. If the buyer requests a refund within 30 days the customer must first send back the item purchased, we will then refund 75% of your payment. No more than 75% will be refunded.
